Mezr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

- Breathing Sessions: Duration, cycles, breath-hold times, timestamps
- Settings Preferences: Sound, breath hold duration, driving mode
- Statistics: Aggregated breathing session data
Automatically Collected
- Device Information: Device model, OS version
- Usage Analytics: App features used, session frequency
- Error Logs: Crash reports (for app stability)
We use collected information to:
- Create and maintain your user account
- Record and display your breathing session statistics
- Provide personalized app features
- Improve app functionality and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud/abuse

- Cloud storage: Google Firebase (encrypted at rest)
- Local storage: Device-encrypted by operating system

- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all data
- Correct: Update incorrect information
These rights are available in the App under Profile > Privacy Controls.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while account active
- Deleted accounts: All data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backup retention: Backups deleted within 90 days of account deletion
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it immediately.
8. Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase may collect data as described in their privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes. Major changes will notify you in-app.
